The Haller International Realty brokerage division was established in 2023 to demonstrate to international HH RESCO service clients our ability to manage brokerage processes that include, sales, marketing, client relations, and back-office processes at an international standard.  Innovating and experimenting with our own in-house brokerage allows us to continuously improve our processes for foreign BPO clients, while at the same time providing a much needed higher level of brokerage services to the domestic market in the Philippines.

We believe we play an important role in our economy in helping safeguard families and investors in the real estate asset class, and to ultimately make our own positive contributions towards our country's continuous improvement in establishing ourselves as an attractive destination for business and investment. 

In 2023, we focused on the Mactan condominium market, and have successfully served 129 clients between our launch in April 2023 through the end of November. In 2024, we are focused on continuing to build our capabilities to better serve a broader client base that include land, commercial, and luxury residential house and lots.
